completed mezzanine financings primarily for leveraged buyout transactions. Prior thereto, Mr. Neumann
worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank (Bankers Trust) in the Financial Sponsors
Group. Mr. Neumann earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
